Produced at the heart of our estate, the first red vintage of Clos de Caille is a precise expression of the characteristics of our terroir and the exacting standards of our expertise.<\/p>\n

A beautiful deep colour. The nose is complex, marked by spices and black fruit, with a delicate breeding and a few notes of precious wood.<\/p>\n

On the palate, the wine is full-bodied, round and harmonious, with lovely ripe tannins and a long, spicy finish.<\/p>\n

This fresh wine embodies the exacting vision of our oenologist, Matthieu Cosse: a pure, precise and luminous expression, crafted to sublimate every moment with elegance.<\/p>\n

On tasting, the wine is clear and bright, with a lovely golden colour and luminous highlights.
\nThe fine, complex nose reveals subtle citrus aromas, enhanced by a delicate floral touch.
\nOn the palate, the aromatic expression is prolonged with a beautiful freshness. Complete and refined, it offers perfect harmony right through to a long, pure finish.<\/p>\n
