The team was delighted to welcome the team from Lou Calen, a prestigious hotel in Cotignac which houses the Michelin Green Star-awarded restaurant Le Jardin Secret, as well as Yves Tesson, Editor-in-Chief of Terre de Vins, for a tasting and tour of our cellar.
\nAn inspiring moment of exchange, marked by sharing and gastronomic excellence. A wonderful opportunity for our guests to discover our vintages, our winemaking philosophy and the soul of our terroir.<\/p>\n

The final blends of the 2025 vintage<\/strong><\/h3>\n

Yesterday, surrounded by the entire estate team and under the guidance of our oenologist Matthieu Cosse, we carried out the final blends of the 2025 vintage<\/strong>.
\nA decisive stage, where each cuv\u00e9e finds its final balance after long months of attention and meticulous work.<\/p>\n

This new vintage, faithful to the identity of Clos de Caille and the truest expression of our terroir, will be bottled in early January<\/strong>.<\/p>\n
