TASTING NOTES<\/strong><\/p>\n

A clear and brilliant wine, with a beautiful golden colour with bright highlights<\/strong>.
\nThe refined and complex nose reveals subtle citrus aromas<\/strong>, enhanced by a delicate floral note<\/strong>. On the palate, the aromatic expression lingers with a lovely freshness. Full-bodied and refined, it offers perfect harmony through to a long, pure finish<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

BLENDING AND VINIFICATION <\/strong><\/p>\n

Rolle 100% aged on fine lees for 6 months<\/strong>.
\nFermentation takes place in temperature-controlled stainless steel vats in order to preserve the wine's aromatic purity.
\nAt the end of this stage, the wine is racked, followed by several months of ageing on fine lees. Bottling takes place in early spring, ensuring a perfectly balanced wine.<\/p>\n

TERROIR<\/strong><\/p>\n

High-quality old limestone, alternating with silica, silt and clay, offering a ideal terroir for the expression of wine<\/strong> while preserving its balance and aromatic freshness<\/strong>.<\/p>\n
