\u00abThe third vintage<\/strong> from Clos de la Famille Mariotti and the first one concocted by the great Cadurcian oenologist consultant Mathieu Cosse,<\/strong> which benefits from a new underground wine cellar designed by the renowned architect Rudy Ricciotti<\/strong>. One wine at a time powerful and airy<\/strong>, from the oldest vines harvested by hand, now predominantly Grenache (90%). For this vintage, less extraction and the abandonment of wood ageing for gaining finesse, enveloped in beautiful texture with a racy bitterness on the finish<\/strong>.\u00a0\u00bb<\/em><\/p>\n

A symbol of masterful expertise and exceptional quality, this ros\u00e9 wine is made from the vineyard's finest grape varieties, cultivated using mass selection, a technique pioneered by the pioneer. Lilian B\u00e9rillon<\/a>.<\/p>\n

We are committed to following a different path in the production of our wines, that of sustainable viticulture. Convinced that a great wine is born in the vineyard \u2013 with vinification merely revealing its potential \u2013 we have decided to invest in the future by ensuring the genetic diversity of our vines.<\/p>\n

\u00abAs harvest time approaches, veraison is just beginning (the berries are changing colour, subtly turning from green to black). At this crucial moment, the vines must remain undisturbed so that they can ripen peacefully.<\/em><\/p>\n

We are preparing to carry out the very last treatment to protect the vines against mildew and powdery mildew, two cryptogamic pathogens, which consist of copper and sulphur.<\/em><\/p>\n

The grape harvest is being prepared here! The paths and edges of the plots are also maintained daily to ensure optimal access.\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n
