  • The success of this initiative depends on a precise assessment of the threats to which the vine is exposed. Monitoring, preventing and analyzing disease cycles leads to reasoned and adapted responses.
  • Organic fertilizers, associated with composts of vine shoots, plants and manure, are used as fertilizers.
